Inuyasha and Kagome are traveling together after their battle and Kagome shows Inuyasha that the villagers are still youkai. Inuyasha can smell the sent of the snake youkai woman's attack and it brings them back to Yoreitaisei's home under the bridge. In the mysterious world they stumbled upon, they find a piece of paper which they learn is Yoreitaisei, who died. All of a sudden a bull demon pops up and demands to know why they ate Yoreitaisei because he knows it was Inuyasha's Tessaiga that killed Yoreitaisei. Inuyasha feels it's his fault for Yoreitaisei's death, but wants revenge and feels as if this bull demon is the right youkai. The mystic chains keeping in Tessaiga break and Inuyasha has to figure out which on is the real yoketsu. Miroku wakes back up outside, and soon after, Sango and Shippou come to and they walk back to the village. Back to Inuyasha, he tries to make a decision on what whirlpool to strike...
